- Pumps, installation components
and accessories are guaranteed for one year from date of sale.
This guarantee is against faulty workmanship and materials. The
terms of this warranty are clearly set out on the warranty card
supplied with the system.
- Kit components and accessories
are not guaranteed against damage or breakage during assembly,
or through incorrect use.
- Particular care should be given
to the assembly and sealing of plastic to metal components where
plumber's sealing paste such as 'Jet Blue' should be used. Do
not use ptfe tape, nor over tighten.
- Output connections via the
Watertech Presscontrol or diaphragm tank should be through a
flexible hose, even where a ring main of rigid piping is to be
used.
- No credit under warranty will be
issued for any part unless the faulty item has been returned to
us, and Loheat have agreed that there was a manufacturing or
material fault.
- All pumps, kit components and
accessories are checked very carefully before despatch to you,
ensuring you receive no faulty parts.
